Between Christmas 2008 and New Year, we headed down to Lismore where my brother and his partner own the squash courts. We liked it so much we went there again for a holiday in late January. Here is a collection of photos taken at Byron Bay and Ballina during those trips. Also added is a collection of photos taken over time and photos of the Q150 train.

Byron Bay (19 photos)   At the most eastern part of the Australian mainland stands a lighthouse. Beautiful view - well worth the trip. 
Ballina (6 photos)   Nice beachy place. 
Collection of Photos 4 (8 photos)   Another collection of photos taken over time. 
Q150 Train (10 photos)   Queensland's oldest train passing through the newest station. In fact, this was the first day of operations for the new station at Beerburrum.
